In addition to applying detailed skills of mandatory Supreme Court training and continuing education, MFM brings coaching skills that enhance the experience. Our coaching skills for the family extend to coaching in mental health. This unique experience adds to the clients’ value and becomes a very effective tool to resolve conflicts.
Our goal in mediation is to allow all voices to be heard equally. We enable the conflicting parties to reach a resolution that satisfies both parties. In addition, we provide the experience of years of practice which allows the parties to reach peace.
Regarding business conflict, especially in the architectural and construction field, we apply knowledge of the field based on professional practice and contracting knowledge to assist parties in reaching resolution.
